This Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into on July 27, 2024, by and between , located at ("Client"), and Amit Bera, located at 40 Narayanpally, Baranagar Road, Kolkata,
West Bengal 700108 ("Developer").

Each Service Provider and Buyer may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

Project Objective:

1. Make the site user friendly for the core audience to achieve the desired objectives.
2. Improve the visual design and content structuring – Reduce clutter.
3. Ensure brand is leveraged to establish positive recall with the visitor
4. Make it easy for the users to navigate to every section of the site.
5. Improve the site content and giving contextual reference to the business.
6. Explore and implement every design and coding level steps to make it digital marketing friendly competitors.
7. Overall to give an international standard visual and structural identity to the site to give the company an edge over its

Front End:

Front end which will be the primary UI/UX module will consist of the following navigational structure:

• The site will have the provision for linking to websites of other organizations
• Comprehensive social media integration (LinkedIn and Facebook widget)
• Copy Paste Protection and right click disabled on website
• YouTube Link Embed (normal and live video)

• DDos protection using Cloudflare CDN

Back End:

Apart from the above-mentioned features, the website will be fully Dynamic Custom CMS website which will be accessible on all modern browsers, tablets.

The back end of the website will be power packed with an administrative panel to manage the updating of data at the front as well as back end. Following are the key functionalities:

• Admin will have the all access to change any contents
• Admin can add/update/delete any page and post on the website (Dynamic Pages).
• Admin will be able to add/edit/update any information of the website (Dynamic Pages).
• Admin can upload any document as required.
• Admin can dynamically create new pages, create new hyperlinks and remove any links as and when needed.

Design Specifications:

The design and layout of the application will be SEO friendly constructed using CSS3 and HTML5, Bootstrap 5.0.2, along with use of jQuery and JavaScript, AJAX and keeping in mind the latest trends. The application upon completion will be integrated with Google analytics for keeping an eye on the statistics of the site.

Intellectual Property:

• The developer will transfer all the rights of the source code, artifacts and intellectual property to the owner once the project is completed.
• The Developer retains the right to use the project as part of their portfolio and for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the project.

Fees & Terms:

• Total Costing: RS 2000 /-
• Domain and hosting cost not included. (If required developer will assist)
• Support Period: 1 Year included in the cost. (If any problem is seen in the function developer created)
• In any case the project is cancelled. developer will adjust their expenses and then refund the extra money.
• New requirements or additional work, charges will apply
• Any additional features, functionalities, or changes to the Project must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Timeline:

The Developer agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the Project by the estimated completion date as outlined in 15 working days
